Raised with a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and project execution, Nicholas began at Precision as a Project Manager and Estimator, quickly proving his ability to lead complex initiatives with precision and accountability. His natural leadership and operational insight propelled him to Chief Operating Officer, and ultimately to his current role as President. He holds certifications as an ACI Flatwork Technician, OSHA 30, ACI Tilt-Up Technician, and NRMCA Pervious Concrete Technician. With a strong background in commercial and civil construction, Wesley has successfully managed projects exceeding $20 million, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget through his leadership, strategic insight, and careful planning.
