Self-performed, start to finish
Precision Construction self-performs critical scopes with in-house crews and owned equipment. On foundation work that matters twice. The same team that prepares the pad can build the foundation, which removes a handoff between trades and keeps quality in one set of hands.
At Our Lady of Lourdes Stadium we were the self-performing foundations and cast-in-place contractor: deep foundations and vertical concrete were sequenced by one team in an active, high-visibility campus environment, with about 20,000 cubic yards of concrete placed in total. It is the same model we bring to data center pad packages and switchgear foundations.
Foundations inside a larger package
Many of our foundations are part of a turnkey scope. On Project Eagle, an Amazon distribution facility, we carried all concrete, paving and building foundations along with the tilt-wall structure and the site work. Dirt, foundations, slab, tilt panels and utilities were coordinated under one self-performing contractor, so the foundation schedule was built around the work that came before and after it.
Louisiana soils and Gulf Coast weather put real demands on a foundation. When the surface soils will not carry the load, our deep foundations crews can install piles, piers or caissons below the foundation so the system works as a whole.

Every job runs under the same safety program: daily job safety analyses before each task, routine site inspections, enforced PPE and full compliance with OSHA regulations, set from the top of the company down. With more than 300 jobs completed, that program is part of what owners get with every package we build.
