Tilt walls for commercial projects
At Precision Construction, we specialize in providing high-quality tilt walls for a variety of commercial projects. Our team is led by a fourth-generation commercial contractor with over 15 years of experience in the field. We are dedicated to providing the best possible service and results for our clients, and we are committed to delivering top-quality workmanship and materials on every project we undertake.
Tilt-up construction casts the wall panels on site and lifts them into place, so the building envelope goes up fast once the slab is ready. That makes the work before the panels, the dirt, the foundations and the slab, just as important as the lift itself.
Civil through structural on Project Eagle
Project Eagle, an Amazon distribution facility, shows how we deliver tilt-up. As the turnkey civil and structural concrete contractor, we carried the site import, crushed stone base and lime-stabilized soils, complete storm drainage and complete water and sanitary sewer, all concrete, paving and building foundations, and the tilt-wall construction, with roughly 10,000 cubic yards of concrete in total.
Dirt, foundations, slab, tilt panels and utilities were coordinated under one self-performing contractor. When the same team owns the site and the structure, the panel schedule is not waiting on someone else.
A family line in construction
Construction runs in the family at Precision. Our founder grew up around the trade: his grandfather was a general contractor in Orlando, Florida for more than 50 years, and his father has 45 years in concrete construction. That background shows up in how our crews approach a tilt-up job, with care for the details that make panels plumb, connections tight and the finished building last.
Building in Acadiana and beyond
We are based in Carencro, minutes from Lafayette, and we build commercial projects across Louisiana and the Gulf South. If you have a tilt-wall building to price, send the plans through the Bids option on our contact form.
For a tilt-up bid, the most useful package includes the site plan, the structural drawings for the slab and panels, and the schedule. Because we self-perform the site work, foundations, slab and panels, we can show how one contractor sequences the whole job, from the first load of dirt to the last panel set. Every job runs under the same safety program: daily job safety analyses before each task, routine site inspections, enforced PPE and full compliance with OSHA regulations, set from the top of the company down. With more than 300 jobs completed, that program is part of what owners get with every package we build.
